Access Pagosa, LLC offers three different
types of property management. Click on one
of the three options to learn more on how we can
help maximize your investment property.
1. Long Term Rental
2.
Short Term Rental
3. Property Drive-By
Style of Management...
The style of property management that we use is
probably quite different than what you may be
used to. In fact, we may not be the right choice
for all property owners but we may be exactly
what you need to maximize the gross rental
revenue on a yearly basis. Our flexible,
partnership style contract creates a solid
relationship with the owners and gives them a
chance to be a part of all the rental decisions.
Our new method assesses the potential strengths
and possible weaknesses of each individual
property and finds ways to make the investment
more profitable for the owner. From recent
preliminary reviews, we have found that by
simply adding a hot tub, revenue can
significantly increase for any given season.
Communication & Analysis...
Communication, analysis, and precise reporting
are the best actions we can apply to make sure
that all of our owners are conscious of the
market conditions and trends that will affect
their particular rental property. The best way
to do this is by doing an analysis of each
individual property as if it were our own. From
this analysis, we can come up with a specific
marketing plan for each property to get the most
out of each property. We continue to watch the
bookings for that property and evaluate how to
boost revenues and occupancy each year. If we
can maintain an increase in revenue for the
property it will add significant value if the
owner ever decides to sell.
Your Valuable Property Investment Asset...
Property is an extremely valuable asset in
Pagosa Springs, Archuleta County and we
understand how important good maintenance and
attention to detail are. We try to make sure
that every property we rent is in great
condition and that all preventative measures for
possible maintenance issues have been covered.
Through our experience we have learned that even
something as small as a dripping faucet can
cause complaints. So it is our goal not to have
any of these types of issues that can cause
grievance to our guests/renters. We have learned
through our previous mistakes and our superior
housekeeping staff is very supportive in finding
any problems that may arise. We also have our
management staff check out each property before
any new guests check in.
An Established Record...
This is a principle that we try to make sure
that our owners comprehend and why we evaluate
each property every year. Our attitude towards
property management is to do our best to add
value to each property through exceptional
accounting and tracking measures because the
rental statistic numbers must be sustained,
validated and accurate.

Management Consultations in Pagosa Springs,
Archuleta County, Colorado
Our property management team takes the time to
provide a proper consultation, benefiting both
the quality of your property and the net rental
income.
Unlike other rental companies we have trained
experts at property management that have vast
knowledge and experience of caring for a rental
property. Our team will walk you through our

Yearly Maintenance Procedures...
Our goal is to ensure that each of the property

about during the busy winter and early spring
seasons. We check and verify all the plumbing
fixtures, furnishings, and appliances. We also
repaint or touch up the walls as needed to make
the property look remarkable. The smallest
details can be a huge inconvenience to our
guests/tenants so we also check the little
things such as high-speed Internet connections,
and batteries for all the remote controls as
needed.
