King sized master suite, queen sized bedrooms on 2nd floor and a sleeper sofa with queen size bed and one is chaise sleeper.  4 TVs, DVD/VCR player, plenty of room for entertaining... It has two living rooms where the extra sleeper sofas are located.  Awesome views of Continental Divide, gorgeous details in the kitchen and bathrooms.  Located directly across the street from swimming, gym, the golf course.... Complete kitchen, washer and dryer.  SLEEPS 10. 

Nightly Rate $285/ $375 high season,  Weekly Rental Rate $1,900 / $2500 high season.  Minimum of 3 nights for Off Season and 5 nights for High Season.
