A 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo can sleep up to 6. Completely refurbished in 2005. Bright, sunny rooms with new wood floors.  Mountain views from living room and both bedrooms. Gas stove gives cozy warmth throughout. Downstairs features living/dining area with a queen sleeper sofa, TV with DVD/VCR player, bath with shower, and a great bar eating spot with bar stools, fully furnished kitchen designed with cooks in mind, and a full size washer/dryer.  Upstairs features a full bath and two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. One has rustic pine furniture for a feel of the old west. The second has rich, dark furniture reminiscent of a western-style hotel.

The condo is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, grocery store, and shops as well as close to the community recreation center, and just three miles from downtown Pagosa and the Hot Springs. No smoking.  No pets. Minimum of 3 nights for off season.  Minimum of 5 nights for High Season.
